Producer extraordinaire Exstra, collaborated with UK singer-songwriter MØØNE on his latest offering ‘All I’ll Ever Know’ released on 13 September via Enormous Chills. The classic melodic house track is a stirring potion of drama, depth and bliss as it showcases Exstra’s trademark organic textures and analogue sonic palette.
Exstra emerged onto the scene as a DJ in 2013, and crafted a spectacular career until 2020 when Covid hit. Although he couldn’t DJ anymore, lockdown created a new opportunity for Exstra, and he shifted his attention to music production. Although he draws inspiration from artists like Nora En Pure, Cassian and Camelphat, he has established his own lane in the industry. His previously released single ‘Frozen’ received radio play by Nora En Pure on Purified Radio 404 and 409, by AVIRA on The Sound Gallery 00, and it was featured in acclaimed publication Magnetic Magazine. He also played at We Belong Here music festival in Miami last year, and will return in October this year for the New York edition alongside the likes of Kaskade, Fisher and Monolink.
With ‘All I’ll Ever Know’, Exstra sought the vocal and songwriting prowess of rising star MØØNE. Her remarkable vocals are the heartbeat of the track as she sings from her soul about the power of holding space for your emotions. The single is as poignant emotionally as it is technically, with Exstra’s pristine dexterity.
