Far&High brings a solid two-and-a-half decades in electronic production, folding indie dance lines into tracks like ‘Alone’ and ‘Sans Vêtements’ that take chances without apology. pizzaaftersex draws on tens of millions of streams in mood-driven electronic music, now sharpening that into DJ sets that roam styles but stay locked on the beat. Mona Chrome adds her rising techno profile, drawing from dub and house to craft looping, pulling grooves that have already drawn sets from Solomun and Pan-Pot, with her own drops queued up next.
At its base, Unheard Music runs on a straight-up rejection of dance music’s trend-chasing and formula traps, handing artists the keys to veer off course and land wherever their creative freedom takes them.
