Sola Musa Music-signed Electronic band KARMACODA has given us another remix, and this time by producer, DJ, and remixer E39. The track is titled ‘Time Flies (E39 Spring Ahead Mix)’ and follows E39’s previous remix, ‘Dare (E39 Mixshow)’– read our feature on the track. The band welcomes both remixes to their collection, a selection of reworks by the likes of Extrawelt, Sailor & I, Lycoriscoris, KRONO, and Birds Of The West.

“E39 has produced my favorite remixes for KARMACODA, so when he said ‘yes’ to remixing ‘Time Flies’ I told B, ‘we’ve got to jump at the chance!’ It is exactly what I hoped for. You will move, you’ll head bob, it’s a bop! So good,” said vocalist Jessica Ford.

A shimmering haze of smoky synths, cleanly-mixed drums, and ascending bass, the remix lives in the dance music pocket. It possesses that four-on-the-floor kick and snare combo, but deviates from the norm where KARMACODA’s vocals are concerned: E39 slowed them down, contrasting them with the speed of the more mid-tempo percussions.
